Last night I went to a lovely yurt to practise gentle yoga and meditation. We started with a seated meditation then moved on to gentle stretching on the floor. Following this we got nice and cosy under our blankets for a final meditation, before opening the sharing circle. I didn’t share anything last night but I did bring a friend into the healing circle as we meditated. Afterwards when we finished, I turned my phone on only to receive a message from that very friend! They must have felt it. These women’s circles are so powerful and I felt nice and calm at the end of the evening. We closed the practise with grounding and then went outside to eat some dark chocolate around the fire.
If you’ve never been to a women’s circle before I would recommend trying it. I’ve been to several and each time I’ve come away feeling more relaxed, centred and grounded.
